Tenant ApplicationIf you are interested in applying for one of our units, please fill out the attached application. There is a $45 cash fee which covers a credit, criminal and eviction background search. If you have lived in Washington State for less than one year, there will be an additional $10 fee in order to obtain out of state records. Along with the fee and application, we will need a copy of your most recent paystub to verify income.
